Meeting AI with local processing

Meetings that resolve themselves.

FoxMeet transcribes, identifies who said what, and summarizes every meeting automatically — with capture and transcription done locally, no audio sent to the cloud.

Privacy as a concrete benefit

Privacy here is a technical decision, not a marketing line: transcription runs on an embedded faster-whisper model, on the very machine that captures the meeting, and the audio never leaves it. Only the resulting text reaches the summarization layer, which pulls out decisions and action items in seconds, with no cloud recording queue.

Local transcription

Processed with an embedded Whisper model — meeting audio never leaves your machine.

AI summary

Decisions and action items identified automatically, no jargon, straight to the point.

Instant results

Transcript and summary generated in seconds, no waiting queue.

How it works

Three steps, and none of them asks you to babysit a recording. Capture the meeting straight from your device or upload an audio file, let FoxMeet transcribe it locally and write a summary with the decisions and the next steps, then export the result as Markdown, PDF, DOCX or JSON for the tools your team already uses.

Try FoxMeet Live

Record or upload a short audio clip and watch the transcript and the summary appear in real time. Recording uses your own browser's MediaRecorder API, up to sixty seconds, and the audio you send is processed entirely in memory and discarded right after — never written to disk, never tied to an account. No signup, no payment.

Built for teams with no time to lose

Every feature below shortens the distance between a meeting ending and the work starting. Six summary templates cover executive, technical, sales, HR, legal and standard formats; exports come out as Markdown, PDF, DOCX and JSON; analytics show talk time, decisions made and open items; and an MCP server lets Claude or ChatGPT query your meetings with your authorization.

Frequently asked questions

Short answers to what people ask before signing up: where the meeting audio is actually processed, what happens to the clip you send to the live test above, whether speaker diarization is already running in production, how to move to a paid plan, whether FoxMeet works outside Brazil, and what we store.

Is my meeting audio really processed locally?

Yes. Transcription runs on an embedded faster-whisper model on the machine capturing the meeting — the audio itself is never uploaded. Only the resulting text is sent to the AionRouter summarization layer to generate the summary.

What happens to the audio I upload in the live sandbox on this page?

It's processed entirely in memory and discarded right after — it's never written to disk. No signup and no payment required to try it.

Does FoxMeet do automatic speaker diarization today?

Not yet in production. Per-speaker attribution is disabled while we finish a security-hardened rollout of the diarization pipeline — today's transcript is a single stream, without the CVE-flagged dependency it will eventually replace.

How do I upgrade to Pro or Enterprise?

Message us on WhatsApp from the pricing section — a real person answers and sets up your subscription. Self-serve card checkout is being finished.

Is FoxMeet available outside Brazil?

Yes. Pricing is shown in USD outside Brazil, the site and product are available in English and Spanish, and integrations (Zoom, Google Meet, Slack) don't depend on region.

What data do you store, and can I delete it?

Your meeting audio, transcript, and summary are stored in your account so you can search past meetings. Deleting a meeting removes the audio file from our servers immediately, not just the database record. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum for details.
