Privacy Policy

FoxMeet is a product of Central Fox Tecnologia Ltda ("we", "us"), a company based in Brazil. This policy explains what we collect through the FoxMeet desktop app, the foxmeet.centralfox.online website, and the live sandbox demo, and how we use it.

Account data: email and name when you register an account.

Meeting content: audio you record or upload, the resulting transcript, and the AI-generated summary, stored against your account so you can search past meetings.

Sandbox demo: audio you submit to the free live test on our homepage is processed entirely in memory and never written to disk or linked to any account — it is discarded right after the transcript and summary are returned.

Billing data: if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

Transcription runs on an embedded faster-whisper model — your audio is never sent to a third-party transcription API. Only the resulting text is sent to our internal AionRouter summarization layer to generate the meeting summary; the audio itself never leaves the transcription step.

Meeting audio, transcripts, and summaries are stored on servers operated by Central Fox Tecnologia until you delete them. Deleting a meeting removes its audio file from our servers immediately, not just the visible record. Deleting your account removes your account data and all associated meetings.

We do not sell your data. Sub-processors limited to what is strictly needed to run the service: Stripe (payment processing, only if you subscribe), and our own AionRouter spine (AI summarization, internal to Central Fox — no third-party AI provider receives your audio or transcript directly). If you connect an integration (Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, Salesforce, HubSpot), the data you explicitly choose to send there is shared with that provider under your own account with them.

Central Fox Tecnologia Ltda is a Brazilian company. If you are located in the EU/EEA, UK, or elsewhere outside Brazil, your data may be transferred to and processed in Brazil. Contact us for details on the safeguards available for your situation.

You can access, export, or delete your meetings at any time from within the product. You can request full account deletion or a copy of your data by contacting us at the address below. If you are in the EU/EEA or another jurisdiction with statutory data-subject rights, those rights apply in full — see our Data Processing Addendum for the details relevant to organizational customers.
