Frequently asked questions
Is my meeting audio really processed locally?
Yes. Transcription runs on an embedded faster-whisper model on the machine capturing the meeting — the audio itself is never uploaded. Only the resulting text is sent to the AionRouter summarization layer to generate the summary.
What happens to the audio I upload in the live sandbox on this page?
It's processed entirely in memory and discarded right after — it's never written to disk. No signup and no payment required to try it.
Does FoxMeet do automatic speaker diarization today?
Not yet in production. Per-speaker attribution is disabled while we finish a security-hardened rollout of the diarization pipeline — today's transcript is a single stream, without the CVE-flagged dependency it will eventually replace.
How do I upgrade to Pro or Enterprise?
Message us on WhatsApp from the pricing section — a real person answers and sets up your subscription. Self-serve card checkout is being finished.
Is FoxMeet available outside Brazil?
Yes. Pricing is shown in USD outside Brazil, the site and product are available in English and Spanish, and integrations (Zoom, Google Meet, Slack) don't depend on region.
What data do you store, and can I delete it?
Your meeting audio, transcript, and summary are stored in your account so you can search past meetings. Deleting a meeting removes the audio file from our servers immediately, not just the database record. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum for details.
