Is my meeting audio really processed locally?

Yes. Transcription runs on an embedded faster-whisper model on the machine capturing the meeting — the audio itself is never uploaded.

Does FoxMeet do automatic speaker diarization today?

Not yet in production. Per-speaker attribution is disabled while we finish a security-hardened rollout of the diarization pipeline.

Data Processing Addendum

This addendum describes how Central Fox Tecnologia Ltda ("processor", "we") processes personal data on behalf of an organization using FoxMeet ("controller", "you") when that data relates to meetings your organization records. It supplements our Privacy Policy and applies automatically to Enterprise customers; other customers can request it to apply by writing to us.

1. Subject matter and duration

We process meeting audio, transcripts, summaries, and the account data of your users for as long as your organization has an active FoxMeet subscription, or until you delete the specific data.

2. Nature and purpose

Processing consists of: local speech-to-text transcription, AI-generated summarization of the resulting text, storage of the audio/transcript/summary against the relevant user account, and — where enabled — delivery of summaries to the integrations your organization explicitly configures (Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, Salesforce, HubSpot).

3. Categories of data

Meeting audio and its transcript; meeting summaries and any names/roles mentioned within them; end-user account identifiers (name, email) of the people using FoxMeet under your organization.

4. Sub-processors

Stripe, Inc. (payment processing, only for billing data — never meeting content). Our internal AionRouter summarization spine, operated by Central Fox Tecnologia Ltda itself — no third-party AI provider is a sub-processor for meeting audio or transcripts. We will notify Enterprise customers before adding a new sub-processor with access to meeting content.

5. Security measures

Audio is transcribed locally rather than sent to a third-party speech API; only text reaches our summarization layer. Data in transit uses TLS. Access to production data is restricted to the operations required to run the service. Deleting a meeting removes its audio file from disk immediately, not only the database record.

6. International transfers

Central Fox Tecnologia Ltda is based in Brazil; processing occurs on infrastructure we operate there. If your organization is in the EU/EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction requiring specific transfer safeguards, contact us to discuss the mechanism appropriate to your case (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

7. Assistance and data subject requests

We will assist your organization in responding to data subject access, correction, or deletion requests concerning data processed under this addendum, using the export and deletion tools available in the product plus direct support.
