Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FoxMeet, a product of Central Fox Tecnologia Ltda ("we"). By creating an account, using the desktop app, or using the live sandbox demo, you agree to these terms.

FoxMeet transcribes and summarizes meeting audio using an embedded local transcription model, with AI summarization performed by our AionRouter spine. Automatic speaker diarization is not yet available in production — see our FAQ for current status.

Free: 10 meetings per month, local transcription, Markdown export. Pro and Enterprise: paid plans billed monthly, described on our pricing page. Card payments renew automatically; Pix (Brazil only) renews via a monthly QR code, not an automatic debit. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next billing cycle, it does not refund the current one unless required by law.

You own the meeting audio, transcripts, and summaries you create. You are responsible for having the right to record any meeting you capture with FoxMeet, including any consent required from other participants under the law that applies to you.

Do not use FoxMeet to record people without the legally required consent, to attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls (including the sandbox demo's anti-abuse protections), or to reverse-engineer the transcription or summarization pipeline.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee an uninterrupted service on the Free or Pro plans. Enterprise plans include a specific SLA agreed at signup.

You can delete your account at any time from within the product; this permanently removes your account data and meetings, including stored audio. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
